All of our artificial stone veneer is a combination of white and gray cement, lightweight aggregates, iron oxide pigmentation, and water. For each veneer pattern, latex molds are manufactured from natural stone. The empty molds are then hand dusted with iron oxide pigmentation to color the face of the stones. Afterwards the cement is added and the molds are vibrated to ensure that air bubbles are eliminated. After the cement has cured, the stones are taken out of the molds and are boxed for sale.
